Lifebook

Please pardon my ignorance. I've been reading a lot about creating a Lifebook for the baby but for the life of me can't quite figure out how to start or continue it. I need help! Can anybody give me any tips or suggestions as to how to go about it? I would really like to get one started for the baby.

How do you start?
What sort of things should go in there?
Is it like a baby book? (the kind you can buy at the bookstorevand fill out afterwards)
Is it more like a scrapbook with entries?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Here is how you do it:

1) Set a date when you are free

2) Email your good buddies Kathy and Michelle.

3) Force them to give in to your demands (date wise)

4) Meet up at Michael's or a scrabooking store.

5) Purchase needed itemss

6) Head to one of our cozy homes

7) Have fun

Seriously, the process is so much fun and once you get some staples, you are good to go.
Joel and I started by displaying copies of our documents, then adding some pictures of our homestudy process, the room's before and after pics, etc. The great thing about lifebooks is that you customize it how you see fit. Our lifebook for K. is a scrapbook type deal with 12x12 pages and (eventually) journaling. However, if you do not want to go that route, you can make it whatever you like.
Give the get-together some thought...How do you feel about February 17th or March 10th? I know that Michelle was wanting to do something as well.
