Michelle has nominated me for the thinking blogger awards. Thank you! I'm honoured and touched. For those of you who don't know, Michelle and I are travel mates so we will be travelling to China together to pick up our daughters. I feel very blessed to have her in my life, she keeps me sane when things aren't going great (which is often these days). And the best part of our friendship is that we live about 7 minutes away from each other.
I'd also like to thank my husband Shawn who has stood by me through everything, my cat Jazz for always waking me up early no matter what day of the week it is, the internet people for creating the internet because without them, none of this would have been possible. *sniff, sniff*.
Ok seriously and moving on, I now have to nominate 5 other people for an award. These blogs are the ones that have kept me sane during our wait and I love to go to them when I get the chance. So here we go in no particular order.
Lisa at Red Threads and Ladybugs has been for me an absolute godsend to me. I really appreciate her understanding and patience and my questiong her about her first trip to China when she picked up Kaileigh over and over again.
Crystal at Journey to Gracie as well. After my mom passed away Crystal offered to help my siblings and I to deal with everything we had to deal with. For that I will be eternally grateful. I can't wait to meet in May.
JAJ at The Funny Farm/A Moment in Time because she makes me laugh with the antics of her family and pets.
Tracey at Becoming Five. She is a wonderful, generous, caring person and I love reading her stories about Papaya! We are walking our way to fitness together and Tracey is always very encouraging and motivating, something I desperately need.
Kristine at Butterfly Kisses and 100 Good Wishes. She is a wonderful generous person and I love reading her posts. Her husband and mine share the same name with the same spelling so my Shawn gets a kick out of that too!
Everyone is worthy of this award. Thank you everyone for your blogs and sharing. It's the only thing that keeps me going sometimes.
