Chinook Arch

I think I saw my first Chinook Arch today as I was coming home from work. I saw the warm wind pushing away the cold clouds. It was quite spectacular. The clouds were thick and pink and behind it was clear blue skies. Too bad I couldn't take a picture of it seeing as how someone took the camera with him to Boston. It really was beautiful.

Hopefully this means that we'll have a few days of nice warm weather. It snowed in town this past weekend. I didn't like that. I think I'm in for a rough winter.

As you might be able tell by this blah post, nothing is going on right now and I have nothing better to write about. Guess I'm in a bit of a rut. I need to find a hobby to keep me entertained.

Maybe your new hobby should be driving....to the Edmonton area....;-)

Are you sure it is not a sign that the end is near? I think all weird weather points to our demise.

That's really cool! I'd never heard of a Chinook Arch and the pictures in your link are pretty. It must have been so neat to see that in person! Enjoy your warm weather friend. Miss you!
