The Great Wall of China Walk

Oh yeah, one more thing. Some of you that have read my blog earlier know that I've wanted to lose weight before going overseas. Well, since my mom passed away that's been on the back burner. I've made up my mind that I will start again January 1st. After speaking with Lisa, we've decided that our goal will be to "walk" the Great Wall of China.

Basically, the goal is to start moving either by walking, running, biking, rollerblading, anything to start moving. We will keep track of our distance and remove it from the total length of the Great Wall. Hopefully, together, we will be able to accomplish this lofty goal. I've created a blog found here and will happily give access to whoever would like to join us and post their success on the blog.

I hope this makes sense, it does in my head and I'm not sure it's translating well into words.

Great idea! Can I somehow count aerobics? I don't know if there's a way to count bounces! : ) I love to walk, but the damp weather here makes it really unappealling. My dh even seemed interested in your challenge - maybe I can recruit him too!

Tracey, I'm sure we can count aerobics, just send me an email and we will work out a system. The more the better!
