For those in the know **UPDATE**

How does one create a custom header?  I find the one I have very boring and would like to liven things up for the new year.  I've tried to figure it out on my own but have quickly realized my skills are quite limited with regards to this.  I'm getting a bit frustrated.

Any suggestions or advice?

I had to try with a couple of different programs but there it is.  It's not quite the way I want but it will do while I continue to play with it.

So what do you think? Does the gray against the blue work okay? It's not too hard on the eyes?

Time for a new look

I've had this template for this blog for a long time. I think it's time for an change. My problem is that I'm not the most technical person in the world when it comes to HTML code. So I need suggestions from the experts out there.

Is there a site that has some templates that I could use? Or a site that will explain what I have to do to change the look? And some inspiration too. I guess I'm not asking for too much, am I?
