Our thoughts are with the people of Japan during this time.
I am in shock still from all of this. My anxiety levels skyrocket with the unrest in the world. I have friends there teaching English and have no idea what is going on. Hard to watch. We have done our part, I hope it gets to them somehow.

My cousin lives in Tokyo. We learned early Friday morning he was out of the country at the time the earthquakes and tsunami hit. So thankful for him but my heart breaks for his friends who have had to experience this.
