Busy weekend

On Friday, Shelley and Harold (Shawn's cousins) invited us over for dinner so Shawn and I happily obliged. Their two boys , Jay and David and Jay's girlfriend Vivienne were also there. We had a great time as always, as the pictures below prove.

On Saturday we went to St. Jacobs, with Jeremy and Jennifer and their adorable little boy Kiefer. St. Jacobs is right in the middle of Mennonite country about 40 minutes away from where we live. There's a great farmer's market and outlet stores close by. I bought a few things at the mall and Shawn picked up some shnitzel. I think I made out better than Shawn did. On Sunday we just mostly just hung around the house, working on the powder room. It amazes me to think how much work one room takes. It actually makes me worried for when we finally finish the basement. I hope it doesn't take this long.
